Unprofessional and raggedy. This is 2026. I suppose they've decided that since the aging clientele isn't complaining, the process is fine. They are slow and simple-minded and stuck in their ways, which is nothing new in Tennessee. The online banking app is outdated and the whole business model seems to be coddle baby boomers and retirees.

Renea was very helpful. All members of staff including security were incredibly friendly and professional on this Saturday morning. I also saw great interest rates for auto loans.

I am awarding five stars due to the exceptional assistance provided by Robin Jordan, who consistently exceeded expectations. While the Shelby County Credit Union's processes are notably outdated, leading me to consider closing my account after two decades, my positive experience with Robin at the downtown location has prompted me to retain my account. Nevertheless, it is imperative that the system and processes undergo modernization.
