Absolutely Horrible !! I Had Obvious Unauthorized Transactions To My Account . I Filled Out A Dispute Form As Soon As I Noticed The Fraud , Which Was The Very Next Day , Not , Even 12 Hours Later , Just Be To Be Advised It Would Take At Least TWO Weeks To Know Weather Or Not They’d Return My Funds After An Investigation . Here It Is , THREE Weeks Later , I’m Steadily Calling Repeatedly Just To Be Told “ You’ll Just Have To Keep Waiting & See “ . No Professionalism , The Lady Thats Supposed To Be Assisting Me In The Matter , Seems Like She’s More Convinced That I May Have Some Way Made The Transactions Myself Rather Than Actually Investigating To See What Actually Happened . She Continually Asks “ Are You Sure You Know Nothing About Any Of These Transactions ? “ . The Transactions Were In Las Vegas , I Live In Arkansas , & Have Never Been To Vegas . There Were 12 Transactions , Back To Back , All Within The Same Hour Totaling Up Over $1100 . Absolutely Horrible !!

Take my advice and use a real bank. They want to put a 5 day hold on every deposit made.

I don't know who Matthew is but I was talking to him calmy, trying to resolve an issue and he got agitated, said a few words and purposely hung up the phone as I was talking. Sooo unprofessional.
