I have been a member for over 15yrs and I wished I left years ago!! When I fell on hard times and fell behind on my loans and my checking account I tried to make arrangements with them to pay everything back but I just needed more time to do this and they didn’t want to work with me instead they continued to add fee after fee after fee to the accounts causing me to get deeper in debt with them! They are not for their customers they just want to make money it’s certainly sad! 😢

Needed a live teller, it was 4:12pm when it was my turn for the drive up atm (it was a Wednesday). Only to be prompted with the “we are closed” and the hours of operation screen. Thanks for wasting my time and gas!

Absolute worst sense the rebrand... They are holding my paychecks for more then 24 hours.. The fact they are holding them at all is rediculous... This the last straw ... I'll be switchiung to a bank that supports the entre community not just women...
