I would never recommend south federal credit union!!! Pam the " CEO " is COMPLETELY unprofessional and rude! She gives this branch a bad reputation and should not be working with the public!

Just called to ask a simple question and to ask about joining the bank and how it works and the guy was extremely nasty! Just to save everyone else some time and to save yourselves from being yelled out they are a private Credit Union and you have to work at one of there hotels or for the city of boca NOT WORK IN BOCA which the guy made very clear when he yelled that at me! No reason to be nasty. Good luck to whoever does bank here I wouldn’t ever want that kind of customer service and would be afraid to call just to ask a question.

I love this place, friendly staff that knows their customers, they give great financial advice and they take a chance on regular people like me. Being a new resident in America is hard to find a bank that will work with you but these folks right here are so awesome!
