Kevin and Alex took the time to explain me every detail, answered all my questions, were extremely prompt regarding any single matter on my auto loan. They found me a vehicle in 2 days! I was extremely pleased with fantastic customer service received when I was Initially greeted with a smile by Jessica Hernandez and another gentleman working my day. Jessica was so kind, warm, welcoming and Missy of all very helpful. Jessica told me to please sign and that she will be right with me shortly. Considering that I was on a time crunch she helped me rather quickly. I was able to be in and out in by a matter of minutes. I just wanted to acknowledge Dade County your phenomenal staff. I didn’t get the chance to get all of their names but Jessica stood out to me that most. I hope that she gets a raise!! Thank you for all that you do!! I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone you will definitely not be disappointed.

Today i was buying a car for the first time and decided to do it through DCFCU, today i was helped by Alex Prado and other agents, First Alex found me the exact car i was looking for in just minutes, he helped me find the best deal possible on the car and showed me other options too, also got in contact with Joseph Yanes the agent that was taking care of the loan application also a great employee, Joseph explained to me very professionally what i was approved for and what warranty can be included for better coverage, both of them in just a couple hours helped me buy my first car. Best customer service ever. Thank you.
