I am amazingly impressed with Norma Trosper. I reached out to RVCU about a very low (3.99%) interest rate advertised. She sent me the information. I filled out an app. She let me know I was approved and I picked up the check all in 2 days. I go there to pick it up and staff at Clifford Avenue was very friendly and efficient. I will for a long time brag about Norma and RVCU. Thank you so much Norma. You are awesome and very efficient and friendly. This kind of service doesn’t happen often today.

I started doing business with Rock Valley Credit Union almost 6 years ago. They are the most wonderful group of people I have ever worked with in a financial institution. They have always been polite, going out of their way to address any issues I've had, and shown that they care about me as an individual, not just a banking customer. I have two loans through them as well as a checking and savings account. I would highly recommend Rock Valley Credit Union to anyone!I

She is very knowledgeable and was able to explain step by step what to expect which made my whole experience stress free. My husband and I have been with the Rock Valley Credit Union for years. Everyone is always wonderful. We have gotten all of our car loans through them because we always receive the best interest rate. But the main reason is because of Donna. She takes us thru step by step and is extremely personable. RVCU is fortunate to have her.

I am one of those people who NEVER give five stars. Rhonda Graves and Debbie were seriously outstanding. They literally made the process so so easy, it didn't even feel like we were purchasing a home! The communicated as needed through email and text - never had to go in or even call (which I hate!). I won't get into details about my loan, but everything they say about Credit Unions being in the business of you is entirely correct. I had a small account with RVCU when I obtained an auto loan a few years ago. I have since moved all of my accounts ($30k+) and am in the process of moving my mom's as well. THAT, ladies and gentleman, is what GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like in 2025!
