I've purchased 2 homes + refinanced 1 with Solidarity over the last 10 years and they've been fantastic. Responsive, knowledgable, willing to work with me to make dreams happen! They care about the community and invest in it - not just financially but in supporting their employees doing community service work. Never going back to a bank!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Solidarity. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, explain options clearly, and make you feel like more than just an account number. What really stands out is how dependable and trustworthy they are. You can tell they truly care about their members and the community they serve. Every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive. If you’re looking for a financial institution with great service and people you can trust, I highly recommend this credit union.

Kaelyn made getting a new card easy. My expiration date was coming up on my card and my chip was having trouble so she made the process of getting a new card easy and quick! She had great customer service and was very sociable.

After working with Solidarity for several years, I decided to switch to my husband’s bank after getting married. The customer service difference was so shocking. I saw how much Solidarity really lacked in their customer service. There is such an unfriendly demeanor in person, on the phone and through texts/messages. They were so unhelpful through challenges we had getting things switched over. They were unhelpful in opening a business account at one point a couple years prior to that. I had heard others were unhappy with Solidarity but after the switch I saw it too. The new bank is so friendly and remembers my name even out in the community. I’m no longer just some number.
