Kaylyn is awesome. I was very well taken care of. She walked me through setting up my accounts and transferring money from my other Credit Union in Missouri. I’m looking forward to dealing with Advantage.

I went in opened a brand new account and was out again in about a half hour. That’s including the waiting time in the lobby. It was fast, easy, and I felt like katlyn knew the answers to any questions I may have had or will have in the future. She was personable and easy to talk with about what I needed from the credit union. Everyone was extremely helpful from the receptionist to Katlyn to the teller (also named Katlyn) would highly recommend using this credit union. I don’t know why anyone goes to the banks really.

Absolutely the best banking experience I have ever had. Dani has been my frontline fighter in multiple stages of financial growth. She fought to take a chance with me. Definitely a place that looks out for its members. If you are looking into take your financial accountability seriously this is the place to help you do it. They have even been known to run a laundry service ;), but seriously Dani is awesome and deserves all the promotions that come her way.

I truly admire the customer service that ACU provides. I have now secured two auto loans through Advantage. I worked with Dani most recently. Dani has been AMAZING through out every situation. I've talked to her so many times I lost count and every time she is so patient and kind. I appreciate her patience and explanations. Would happily work with ACU and Dani in the future if I ever need to! Additionally every time I have called ACU, no matter who answers the phone, they are always so kind and helpful!
