Finally saved up the money to buy a PC I’d been looking at. I place the order and get a text from BCFCU asking if it was me to which I reply yes. I was told to wait 1-2 min and try again. I place the order and am immediately told my card is declined even though I had double the amount needed in my account. I can’t get in touch with any branch at all because there’s no 800 number and all the branches are closed. I shrugged it off and went to buy breakfast for my family and my card is completely shut off. So now if I need something I’m SOL until tomorrow morning. This is not the first time something like this has happened and it’s completely unacceptable. I’ll be withdrawing all my accounts tomorrow and switching banks.

I Love my lil hometown credit union!! The ladies are Always friendly & eager to assist me with whatever my needs are. I'm a travel nurse and because BCFCU is not a member of the credit union services providers, I call home to the ladies often from other states to ask for assistance over the phone with my financial transactions Or other financial issues I may be thinking of pursuing. They have provided me with loans at low interest rates which made them easier to pay off. I JUST LOVE 💘 MY CREDIT UNION!
