This bank is fantastic, especially Parker at the Geneseo branch. He has gone above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions, is always in a great mood, and will do everything in his power to get the best outcome possible. GVFCU has treated me better than any other bank I've ever been to and I cannot recommend it enough!

In my experience so far nothing has been easy with this bank. Every need/request from them is countered with tons of problems, paperwork, and waste of my time. They were kind enough to continue to charge my father who passed away fees after his passing and continue to try to pass them on to me years later. Classy.

Love this bank, wish they were in NC!!! I still use them whenever I can. Friendly, helpful, and willing to help although I am out of state. Love these folks!
