Great experience getting a car loan with Amy Edgington! She was super responsive and I had the loan completed within 24 hours. I popped by the branch and signed everything in 25 minutes and off I went. They even setup autopay right there!

They gave me a car loan because my mother is a teacher but I cannot believe this place calls it's self a credit union! They are terrible- they're employees don't answer phone or call back (I've even been privileged enough to hear gossip between employees because they forgot I was on hold), they're employees lied and said I got mail and I didn't so branch decided I'm out $178 (believe employees over customer, go with only making money) I have never been treated like a human being until they learned I work 2 jobs and get student loan checks (yes, I go to college too) I HIGHLY suggest Huntington! π₯° I have only been treated with compassion (all I ask- I show respect when others do) no worries educational! I'll pay off my car and never associate with this company again Update: they still are doing nothing no matter how many emails I send- I'm still out $178 even with that nice message from the owner-this CU is rude, unresponsive, and just ruins ones day the way they handle people and money

ECACU is an outstanding CU. My Mom and I have been members for decades. They have always been our financial institution of trust, that personal trust you seldom find in national banks. None better than ECACU. Bravo!!!

This credit union has really went down. The customer service that you now receive is nasty and rude. I have been a member of this CU for over 15 years. Whenever I had an issue with my account like I.e(overdraft) they were always willing to correct and assist you with that as courtesy. Now youβre told there is nothing they can do for you. What happen to Hank and his crew? They were wonderful! They say CU or better than banks, please what a joke! My husband banks with PNC and he never has these problems. I mean at least they give 24 hour over draft protection, has zelle options, and low over draft fee if you happen to receive an over draft! Any one considering banking at this CU beware I would HIGHLY recommend taking your money elsewhere!!!
