I recently needed an out of state wire transfer. Terri helped with every detail, and notarized all the paperwork. She even stayed in touch with the receiving party, and finalized some additional issues. The entire staff is always great, but Terri put some work in yesterday. For me, it was a lot of money. Terri made it much less stressful.

I have been a member for 20yrs. Love the manager, she is so sweet. Wish the rates on vehicle loans were a little better - I hate that I have my loan elsewhere. & also? They don't do mortgage loans, either.... (which is a bummer.)

Waited two months for a loan we desperately needed. The lady never called me back, she did not want to do her job. She lied back and forth and finally said no. Dont go here, pam will screw you over. Very disappointed! The least she could have done was tell us no in the beginning so we could go somewhere else!! Instead she dragged it on for two months.

The loan officer named Pam is very NOSY about your personal business and UNPROFESSIONAL, if that bank is smart they will get rid of her!! There is no call for that type of behavior in what is supposed to be a professional setting!!
