This is the most worthless bank in Ripley!!! I would recommend any bank in town OTHER then this one! The tellers are very rude and lazy. They had no customers, and was all just sitting around hanging out talking to each other. I tried to exchange a $10 bill for a roll quarters. I explained to them that I needed them for the laundromat right next door. The teller was extremely rude, and refused to help. I got in my car and drove about a block to city national , and was treated way better and they had no problem exchanging me quarters!

Negative stars aren’t an option for some reason. By far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Hold checks for a week, not open on Saturdays, online banking is a joke no updates and will overdraft your account. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Open an account 5/23 and they JUST put in for the checks and debit card on 6/5. How halfa$$ is that?

Would not go there for any reason. They aren’t helpful at all. I’ve had my loans there for over four years. Really wouldn’t recommend.
