The Davis guy at Oak Park location is very rude he definitely needs to be replaced asap and he’s judging and not helping

I really have been having a bad time these last few weeks; I usually love this credit union, but it seems like nothing is together and no one is on one accord. I usually always have a pleasant time when going to the credit union but today an advocate was extremely rude. I have never experienced that when speaking to them. I am appalled that they have people like that working and handling others money. I told the advocate a date multiple times her response was the 4th, 5th m, 6th whatever date it was. Just so rude.

I’ve been with the FCU now since 2017. It’s not an account I use frequently but it is an account I can trust in when I need a personal loan at a respectable rate. My credit has never been amazing but 77th St FCU has always given me the respect and credit that I need to make smart money moves.
