I have been with this bank for almost twenty years, and it has been a great experience. So great that I have no plans, or desires to be with any other bank, "ever." The staff at the main branch on LSU's campus treat me more like a friend than just another person with a bank account; great customer service always. The staff at the main branch on on LSU's campus are great ambassadors for Campus Federal Credit Union. If I could, I would give them ten stars instead of five. If you are looking for a bank to do business with, go to the main branch on LSU's campus. You won't be disappointed.

The main campus branch staff are awesome! I came in at the end of the day (15 minutes before closing!) to order a checkbook, a new card, AND a cashier’s check, and Ms. Shelly was so sweet and helpful and patient with me. I’ve also been helped by the branch manager in the past, and he was amazing, too, and extremely knowledgeable. Love love love the Campus Federal crew!

I have banked with this bank for over 20 years. I have ignored multiple cues to change banks. I strongly encourage those that cannot be local to branches to look for alternative banking options.

I've been a CFCU member since I was an LSU student many years ago, and I've never regretted my membership or been tempted to take my business elsewhere. The employees are polite and highly competent, and the rates and fees are hard to beat. And, yes, you really do feel like you're part of a family when you do your banking here.

We have been happy with Campus Federal for over twenty years. Most recently, when opening a business account, Jacob Johnson was extremely helpful in person and over the phone. He was knowledgeable and polite. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
