I have been a member for about 3 years and have not had one positive experience. Refinanced a car loan- fairly easy as they want the business, but fell on hard times because I separated from my husband and they became rude, condescending, and overbearing. "Locked" my account and debit card without notice or permission (I did not have a negative balance, but just late on a car payment)- so I did not have access to my own funds. They carry out repossession at 45 days, and even with me being a teacher, in full need of my one vehicle, and promise of payment, don't care to be understanding, which, I thought, is the point of a credit union. Worse credit union and/or bank experience I have ever had in my life.

I visited the bank today to inquire about my accounts and unfortunately received very poor service from Jessica, the teller assisting me. The initial greeting lacked professionalism and warmth, and her tone throughout the interaction was dismissive and off-putting. When I asked questions to better understand my options, I did not feel respected. After learning about the withdrawal penalties, I decided not to proceed—an outcome that also benefits the bank. However, the teller’s reaction made it clear she was frustrated with my decision, which was inappropriate and unprofessional. I am sharing this feedback so the matter can be addressed and to ensure customers receive the courteous, respectful service they deserve.

Since the new facility opened on Alexander Road, the overall quality of service has declined significantly. Phone calls routinely route to voicemail without follow‑up, e‑check deposits frequently require repeated correction, and deposit and loan rates are consistently below market—even by credit‑union standards. The mortgage partner experience has also been poor. Additionally, it is disappointing to see staff routinely reserving the most accessible entrance parking using safety cones, which sends the wrong message about member priority. Regarding the response below: Rather than addressing any of the specific issues raised, the reply characterizes me as a long‑standing critic and offers an in‑person meeting during business hours. Like many members, I work during those hours and do not have the flexibility to visit the branch, park at the far end of the lot, and restate concerns already clearly documented here. This review reflects my feedback; how the institution chooses to address it going forward is up to management.

Terrible terrible customer service!!! The person on the phone was sooooooo rude and inconsiderate during the application process that It made me withdraw my application and send this review immediately after speaking to her!!! Her name is Jill!!! Apply at your own risk !!!! You would think with their being sooooooo many places to put your money, they would be a little more respectful and welcoming!!!! I hope they understand that the person accepting applications is actively sabotaging the business!!!!!!

I’ve been a proud member of this Credit Union for the past seven years, and the service has consistently exceeded my expectations. The staff is always professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Most recently, I brought my younger sister in to open her first account, and we had the pleasure of working with Jill. She was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She walked us through every step and clearly explained the benefits of banking with the Credit Union. We were in and out in no time. I truly appreciate the outstanding service this branch provides and the dedication they show to their members. Thank you to the entire team!
