Wow, what an early Christmas present; they repoed my vehicle after making attempts to get back on track! For the last few years my life has done a 360, I became homeless, lost my job and was living in my car! I had been hospitalized! There were a couple of angels that tried there best (Lauren and Amanda) to work with me but Walter Mollette (Mr Scrooge) wasn't having it! He's very NASTY! I understand they have a job to do but if a person is trying and they're upfront, show some humanity! If your a believer of Jesus Christ you should know humans come before anything else! Just remember the story in the Bible about Lazarus and the poor man. Lazarus turned his nose up at the poor man, both died and Lazarus went to hell, the poor man went to heaven. Is this what you want all for numbers that at the end you can't take with you? Sure your setting up your family to be taken care of but what about your soul? HELL is real! Don't forget that!

I wouldn’t recommend Kemba Financial Credit Union to my worst enemy. Tried to have a conversation with Rob in Loss Prevention whom tried to over talk me and then hung up on me, never apologized or anything when we were put back in communication for a 2nd time today. I complained but I’m sure nothing will be done to him. So tired of dealing with companies whom feel like you have to treat them with the upmost respect although they refuse to respect the customer. It is like they have no empathy or compassion. I’ve including some pictures of the lies they have posted in their establishment (slogans). I appreciate the Pickerington Branch workers for always being willing to help but based off past Customer Service and Rob in Loss Prevention; my personal opinion is to find another financial institution. One thing they were good for is motivation; because I’m very motivated to do whatever I have to to take my business and personal accounts to a different financial institution.

Just plain o disrespectful a check was coming in from another state they flagged it phone was hacked closed my account thought I was doing some fraudulent stuff and I was the one who asked for help integrated me. Following month hacked my other bank account they weren't that harsh change my account but didn't do what kemba did.

I lost a business because of Kemba. I have been part of the union since 2016. I deposited a check for a business, Kemba held the check for one week and couldn't honor the check. I spoke to a manager to help me get this business, but I was told it's company's policy. The day I lost the business was exactly the day they honored the check. I am highly disappointed. For me, Kemba is not a bank for small businesses coming up. Beware!!!!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
