I have to take a moment to thank the girls at Kinzua FCU. Yesterday I had an issue with the site, and the girls there showed extreme patients, care, and a willingness to help me and it is not just yesterday, it is every time I go to the credit union. The girls make you feel welcome, and important. THANKS GIRLS FOR BEING EHO YOU ARE!!

I do not recommend this bank, been banking with them for 7 years and honestly itβs been nothing but frustration and issues time n time again. Currently in the parking lot going to close my account. I do recommend the mountain laurel credit union right in town.

I been a member for a handful of years now. The staff is wonderful and were very helpful with the loan for my vehicle. They truly value their members.

Usually the staff is very friendly and helpful. I say usually because I have had a few incidents of concern. The staff members were inconsiderate of my needs and were very unprofessional. However, it seems that the professionalism has improved over the last 6 months. I don't know the new location, but the old one was clean and comfortable (a little warm in the summer due to abundant sunshine streaming through windows, which was nice to view, it just made the office a little warm for the staff.) I am looking forward to seeing the new establishment. I am hoping this credit union will have an ATM available so that I don't have to keep paying fees to withdraw my money.
Weekdays 9amβ4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
